Representatives of Uzbekneftegaz JSC and Axens from France held a meeting to discuss the acceleration of the project on production of high-quality gasoline in Uzbekistan.
The Government of Uzbekistan decided to switch to production of high-octane gasoline of Euro-5 class and to stop production of AI80 grade gasoline of Euro-2 class by modernization of Bukhara oil refinery.
To achieve this goal, cooperation was established between Uzbekneftegaz JSC and Axens company on designing technological installations.
At the meeting in Tashkent, the sides discussed issues of accelerating implementation of licensor’s design documentation for modernization of the refinery.
The parties also discussed further development of bilateral relations and future project plans.
