Shahin has extensive experience in design, construction and investment. He started as a project manager at the construction company Sade CGTH in Romania and Armenia and advanced to strategic managing director at the same company. He later became Head of Investment and Institutional Relations at Veolia Armenia, where he was involved in providing drinking water and wastewater treatment for more than two million people. He currently works as Director of Development for Veolia Group’s operations in Central Asia. His education includes studies at business schools in Paris and Barcelona, as well as at Gustave Eiffel University. He speaks several languages, including French, English, Russian and Romanian, and holds the highest level certificate in circular economy.
